St John Ambulance

St John Ambulance kindly donated 2 places on their first aid for activities course. Me and Joe took part in the course over the last 2 days. Unfortunately for the whole of the first day Joe was being sick! Despite this the course was very useful; we had a great instructor and we covered a huge amount of content that could genuinely help when we're out on the harsh Mongolian 'roads'. I feel a lot happier with the potential of having to deal with any bad situations we might get in to along the way now, although it is scary thinking about some of the things that could happen to us!

Joe, waking up at the crack of 7, after a full night of vomiting.
The mood of the morning of missing the bus, and preparing for the 3 mile rainy walk.
Waiting for joe to be sick upon our arrival to the St John building.

The Shot for the St John press release, being sent to... everyone.. including the BBC.

Thank You so much for Donating the course St John Ambulance, hopefully we wont have to use anything we learnt!
